WHO ARE WE
Founded in 1994, SOCACE has been advising and supporting for more than 30 years many companies of all sizes, from local SMEs / VSEs to multinational companies, in the establishment of their customs and Intrastat declarations, adapting to the situation and the needs of its customers.
We are a Customs Representative and recognized as an Authorized Economic Operator since 2017. We help our clients put in place and manage the most optimal and cost-efficient customs management solutions, according to their needs and specificities.
We also represent foreign companies carrying out operations in France for tax purposes and take charge of their obligations in terms of VAT, including managing their VAT returns and reimbursments.

Le Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism is into operation since January 1st 2026 (companies importing certain products must be an authorized CBAM declarant and must buy the corresponding carbon rights). Companies importing less than 50 tons a year are exempted from the mechanism
